I'm back

I had vowed not to write anything more since my forecast for the "Olympic War" didn't take place, but exceptions can be made.  A nasty border incident between Armenia and Azerbaijan has the former vowing "severe consequences" to the latter.  http://asbarez.com/123897/armenia-threatens-%E2%80%98severe-consequences%E2%80%99-after-azeri-border-shooting/

Eurasianet.org identifies Armenia as "Rattling Sabers."  http://www.eurasianet.org/node/68496

Neither one of these articles bodes well for peace on earth, as this seems to be the chosen spot for the spark of the upcoming conflagration.  Lyndon LaRouche referred to the south Caucasus as the Balkans of the 21st century.

Furthermore, the Economist.com berated Azerbaijan about its human rights record. http://www.economist.com/blogs/easternapproaches/2014/05/azerbaijan-and-council-europe

Can you say "between a rock and a hard place?"
